From first insight to certified product, every stage of our process is built to deliver results.

Stage 1
Ideation
(1–2 weeks)
We start by asking the right questions. Market signals, user pain points and early hypotheses shape the foundation for what will become a product.
Stage 2
Research & Validation
(2–3 weeks)
User interviews, lab research and field analysis define measurable criteria for product success. We validate not only the problem but how people will use the solution.
Stage 3
Design Concept
(4–6 weeks)
Concept sketches and industrial design exploration merge functionality with aesthetics. We define materials, ergonomics and how technology fits inside the form.
Stage 4
UX/UI Design
(3–4 weeks)
UI flows, typography, iconography and feedback logic are tested for clarity. We create prototypes that feel intuitive from the first interaction.
Stage 5
Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (6–8 weeks)
Integration of mechanical design, electronics, sensors and power systems. We prepare CAD assemblies, PCB layouts and BOMs ready for prototyping.
Stage 6
Firmware Development (6–8 weeks)
We build firmware architecture for measurement accuracy, energy efficiency and responsive feedback. Each version is tested and iterated before integration.
Stage 7
Prototyping & Validation (6–10 weeks)
Rapid prototyping, 3D printing and user testing bring the concept to life. We measure performance and reliability across multiple environments.

Manufacturing (12–16 weeks)

Pilot runs, tooling optimization and QA systems prepare the device for scale. Our Abu Dhabi facility ensures quality and short lead times.
